OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. EACH ELIGIBLE ENTRY HAS AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and agree that the decisions of Button Operating Company, LLC (DBA MirrorMate Frames) ("Sponsor") are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entrants represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Button Operating Company, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 17, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on July 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received within this window to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Purchase Entry: Any purchase made at mirrormate.com during the Promotion Period earns Sweepstakes entries at a rate of one (1) entry per $1.00 USD spent (pre-tax, pre-shipping, after any discounts applied). Entries are tied to the email address used at checkout. Entrants should use the same email address for all purchases during the Promotion Period to ensure entries are properly combined. Returns, refunds, or canceled purchases processed before the winner is selected will result in the associated entries being voided.

Bonus Entries: Participants may earn additional entries by completing eligible engagement actions listed on the Sweepstakes entry page. Participants should note that they need to use the direct links that show up on their post purchase page to ensure the bonus entries are tied to their profile. Bonus entries are optional and not required to enter or win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of all bonus entry actions.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase is necessary. To enter without making a purchase or completing engagement actions, hand-print on a 3"x5" postcard your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth, and mail it to:

Limit: One (1) entry per postcard. There is no limit on the number of postcards an entrant may submit, but each postcard must be mailed separately in its own envelope with separate postage. Postcards must be received by July 28, 2026 to be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected mail. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.

5. Newsletter Subscription

By entering this Sweepstakes through any method (including AMOE), you agree to be subscribed to MirrorMate's email newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $2,500 USD prepaid Visa gift card, intended for use toward a bathroom refresh. The winner is not required to use the prize for any specific purpose.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,500 USD. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The prize is awarded "AS IS" without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. References to a "bathroom refresh" or similar use are descriptive only and do not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or warranty by Sponsor regarding any product, service, contractor, vendor, or other third party the winner may engage. Sponsor does not select, vet, recommend, or guarantee any third-party products or services that may be purchased or engaged using the prize.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected via random drawing on July 29, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be contacted via email at the address associated with their entry within 48 hours of the drawing.

The potential winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within this window, inability to deliver the notification, or non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Once contacted, the winner must complete and return all required winner verification documents (including any tax forms such as a W-9, eligibility confirmations, and liability/publicity releases as required by Sponsor) within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure to complete documentation within this window will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Winner verification and required tax documentation (including any W-9 and eligibility/liability/publicity releases) are administered by ViralSweep on behalf of Sponsor. The winner will receive verification documents from ViralSweep directly and must complete and return them through ViralSweep's platform.

Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information.

9. Publicity Consent

By entering, entrants agree that, if selected as the winner, Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and state of residence across Sponsor's social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest) and in an email to MirrorMate's newsletter subscribers. The winner will be publicly announced on or around August 10, 2026. Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to this use without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering this Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, consent, or compensation, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter created in perpetuity, your entry, name, voice, likeness, image, biographical information, and any statements about the Sweepstakes, for advertising, trade, public relations, and promotional purposes.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, bot or script activity, non-authorized human intervention, or any other factor compromises the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent methods (including multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses, identities, or devices), or otherwise violates these Official Rules. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (vi) any damage, injury, loss, claim, or harm arising from any third-party products, services, contractors, vendors, or other parties engaged or selected by the winner in connection with the use of the prize, including but not limited to any bathroom renovation, home improvement, construction, installation, or related activities undertaken by or on behalf of the winner. The winner is solely responsible for the selection, vetting, and engagement of any such third parties, and Sponsor disclaims any responsibility for the actions, omissions, workmanship, or outcomes of such parties.

13. Disputes / Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in North Carolina having jurisdiction. Participants further waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than their actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to MirrorMate's Privacy Policy, available at https://mirrormate.com/pages/privacy-policies.

15. Winners List

To obtain the winner's first name and state, mail a request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: MirrorMate 22nd Anniversary Sweepstakes Winners List, 9317 Monroe Road, Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28270. Requests must be received no later than July 31, 2026.

16. Sponsor

The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Button Operating Company, LLC (DBA MirrorMate Frames), 9317 Monroe Road, Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28270.

17. Administrator

The Sweepstakes is administered by ViralSweep, LLC. ViralSweep manages entry collection, random winner selection, and winner verification documentation on behalf of Sponsor. Winner information may be shared with ViralSweep solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and processing the prize award.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, or any other social media platform.
