Real FedEx shipping runs about $30 per frame, but we cover most of that cost so you only pay $9.99. That's our way of saying thanks for supporting a small business that truly cares about your order.

Ground Shipping:
- Frames usually ship within 5 business days (except during sales) via FedEx Ground from our facility in Charlotte, NC.

Second Day Air:
- We hold all orders for 24 hours to allow for changes or cancellations.
- These orders go to the front of our production line. They are typically shipped on the second business day via FedEx 2-Day Air. While the shipping is expedited, unfortunately, FedEx is not currently guaranteeing delivery date.
- Not available for areas outside the contiguous United States.

Samples
- Samples are $2 and usually ship within 2 business days via US Postal Service.
- Ground shipping is free.
- Second Day Air Option - We can ship in 1 business day within the Continental United States. Cost is $12 for every 3 samples. ($12.00 for up to 3 samples, $24.00 for 4-6 samples, etc.)
