Is the price the same?

How long do I have to submit my measurements?
There's no deadline, but most customers do it within 1-2 weeks. We'll send gentle reminders to help.
When will my frame ship?
We begin crafting your frame as soon as we receive your measurements. Once measurements are received, frames are custom cut and shipped within 5-7 business days.
What if I'm not sure which size to choose?
Take your best guess! Once we receive your measurements, we'll contact you before cutting your frame if we need to change the size.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Simply log in using the email you purchased with, or contact our team at anytime! You'll also receive a shipping confirmation that includes a tracking link once your frame is shipped.
What if I need help measuring later?
We got you! We have extensive measuring guides to help you in both video and text format. Our team is also just a message away and we're happy to walk you through the measuring process via phone during our business hours.
